Does drinking soda hurt your stomach?

What is the effect of Soda Drinks on Stomach Tissue?  We have all heard that drinking sodas is bad for you for many reasons; I will demonstrate the effect of various sodas on stomach tissue, using tripe (cow stomach).

Hypothesis

If people drink sodas, then they will hurt their stomachs because of the unnatural and unhealthy chemicals that are in sodas.

What is the effect of Soda Drinks on Stomach Tissue?

My favorite category – the category I have selected for my science experiment -  is Life Science.

I want to do an experiment involving how soda beverages affect a person’s stomach.  Since we cannot use human stomachs, I will use cow stomachs known as tripe.  I will see if one soda is worse than another.  Does the stomach tissue get dissolved?  Does it change color?  Does it smell bad?

 

I hope to show that drinking soda is not healthy for your stomach in a very easy to see and understand way so I can convince my family and friends to stop drinking soda since it is bad for them.
