I weighed my samples on Oct 24th, Oct 26th, Oct 29th, and the final weigh-in on Nov 2nd, 2017.

I found that Water my control, and surprisingly Fanta, did not cause the tripe to lose weight.  I also found in several cases that between the second to last and the last weigh in there was a slight increase in weight.  I think this was due to the tripe absorbing some of the fluid.
